Why

Our O vs D Positional training is for players who have aspirations to take their game to the next level. Many players know how to play lacrosse but have never been taught the proper techniques that will turn them from a good player in to a great one. CitySidelax’s objective during training is to:

  • Focus on the individual skill-sets for each position
  • Progress into entry to mid-level team concepts such as 2v2 pick play and unsettled situations.
  • Heighten player IQ through situational work
  • Teach techniques and motions that are displayed in current High School and NCAA lacrosse.
  • Familiarize players with modern playing trends to help elevate their games as they prepare for the Spring season.
  • Encourage leadership development.
